This site has no accounts, newsletter, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising/tracking tools.

Whatever you type into the “Project brief” on the Contact page (name, company, project details) is never sent to any server or stored by the site; it only builds a summary in your own browser. When you press “Send by e-mail”, the summary opens as a draft in your own e-mail app, and sending it is entirely up to you.

When you visit, the following limited data may be processed:

• Technical connection logs: IP address, browser and device information, the page visited and the time. Our hosting provider keeps these automatically for security and to operate the service.
• Language preference: one functional cookie stores the language you chose (see the Cookie Policy).
• E-mail correspondence: if you e-mail us, your e-mail address, your name and whatever you share in your message (e.g. company name, project details).

Technical logs and the language preference are processed to keep the site secure and running, to prevent abuse and to remember your language, on the basis of our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2(f)).

E-mail correspondence is processed to answer your request, prepare a proposal and stay in touch with you, on the basis that it is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2(c)) and our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2(f)).

The site is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. (USA); technical logs may be processed on servers outside Turkey as part of that service. Our e-mail service is provided by Google (Gmail / Google Workspace), so e-mails you send us may be stored on servers outside Turkey. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties, sold or used for marketing.

Technical logs are kept for the hosting provider's short security retention periods. The language cookie expires after 1 year, and you can delete it from your browser at any time. E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation or resulting business relationship and any legal retention obligations require, and then deleted.

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, ask for deletion or destruction under Art. 7, ask that these actions be notified to recipients, object to outcomes against you resulting solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
